The oxygen content of TU2 purple copper is controlled below 0.003%, with purity ≥ 99.95%. This reduces lattice defects and impurity interference during electronic transmission, ensuring stable signal transmission.

Excellent Electrical and Thermal Conductivity

Electrical Conductivity: Up to 101% IACS (International Annealed Copper Standard), suitable for high-current applications such as high-voltage wiring harnesses and charging gun conductors.
Thermal Conductivity: Approximately 398 W/(m·K), effectively reducing temperature rise in heat sinks and power transmission systems, improving system stability.

Good Processing Performance

Elongation: Can exceed 40%, suitable for precision wire drawing, stamping, and other cold processing, improving yield by 23% in the production of micro-connectors.
Tensile Strength: 200-230 MPa, resulting in lower breakage rates during processing.

Phosphorus content ≤ 0.002%
